A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 as accepted by the HEP Senate; or
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not meeting CGPA of 2.75 can be accepted, subject to rigorous internal assessment (may include tests, interviews or portfolio); or
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting CGPA of 2.50 can be accepted, subject to a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience and rigorous internal assessment (may include tests, interviews or portfolio); or
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 as accepted by the HEP Senate, subject to having relevant working experience and rigorous internal assessment (may include tests, interviews or portfolio); or
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting 2.50 as accepted by the HEP Senate, subject to a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience and rigorous internal assessment (may include tests, interviews or portfolio); or

English Competency Requirement (International Student)
Candidates who wish to enter a program which medium of instruction is English language must pass the English Language Qualification (TOEFL: 60 / IELTS: 6.0) or MUET band 4, or equivalent to CEFR (Mid B2). Exemption will be granted subject to the University Senate’s approval based on situations.

Course Details
The applicant is required to complete a subject titled Research Methodology before commencing research work under the supervision of an academic staff member from the Postgraduate Studies Department.
