Dean’s Message

The Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences of Al-Madinah International University is established to create connections with the business world. The Faculty has strong and dedicated members comprising professors with different areas of specialization including marketing, economics, management, accounting and Islamic banking and Finance and other academic staffs with PhD and Master qualifications. Members of the Faculty work as a creative and entrepreneurial team towards creating high quality, accessible and relevant learning opportunities. In response to increasing worldwide demand the Faculty has developed successful online programs at different levels including the Bachelor, Master and PhD programs.

The bachelor programs are Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons), Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Management, and Bachelor of Business Administration in E-Commerce (Hons). The master programs are Master in Accounting, Master in Business Management, Master in Islamic Banking and Finance, Master of Economics, and Master of Business Administration (MBA). The PhD programs are PhD in Business Management, Ph.D. in Accounting, PhD in Economics, and PhD in Islamic Banking and Finance.

The Faculty acknowledges that the business world is exposed to volatile changes and oscillations in global political, economic and technological situations. In preparing students to face unpredictable and dynamic environments, the Faculty focuses on developing competencies in the graduates in managing and adapting to changes. The aims are to ensure that future graduates acquire the necessary competency and possess the essential soft skills, particularly in the business inter-related dimensions including banking and finance, international trade, international logistics and international relations within the dynamic environment.

The Faculty designs curriculums and teaching methods to equip graduates with the learning skills to enable graduates adapt to the future career shifts. The advancement of studies in the field of business is bench marked against the international curriculum standards. This is to ensure competitiveness of graduates and to elevate them up to the national and international recognition. With the blessing from Al-mighty and hard effort, the Faculty aims at increasing the number of students for both the undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The faculty works towards creating a conducive teaching and learning environment for its members and students.
